If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by CinchTech Capital of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of CinchTech Capital to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CinchTech Capital regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and CinchTech Capital with respect to the Site.
