We review all inbound pitches. Please send a brief summary (2–3 paragraphs) covering your product, market, traction, and why you are uniquely positioned to win. Warm introductions through our network are welcome but not required.
We invest exclusively at the seed stage. This typically means pre-revenue to early revenue companies raising their first institutional round.
Our initial investments range from $1M to $5M. We reserve capital for follow-on investment in our highest-conviction portfolio companies.
We focus exclusively on enterprise software and security. This includes cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, data infrastructure, developer tools, AI-powered enterprise automation, and identity management.
We aim to complete initial diligence within two weeks of a first partner meeting. We believe in moving quickly while being thorough, respecting founders’ time and momentum.
